Best Ever Caramel
Not only are the Moonstruck sea salt caramels literally, and without hyperbole, the very best caramels I've ever encountered, but the customer service behind them is just as extraordinary. While awaiting delivery on my summer promotion offering free shipping, the delivery failed to arrive on the date promised. Calling brought me to Monica who determined the UPS truck broke down. This is summer in LA- during a heat wave. As feared the lovely candy arrived- melted and destroyed. Monica and Moonstruck replaced my entire order and upgraded the shipping to Next Day noting the weather. Not only was the delivery issue not their fault, but they absorbed the entire cost! The caramels arrived in perfect condition- heavenly, delicious perfection. Friends and family are already asking for more.
