Milk Chocolate
Very nice milk chocolate and it’s local!! It’s made morally, no animal testing, etc. What’s to lose? Maybe try making a milk chocolate infused with or in a nice red wine, a Pinot would be nice, or maybe make just a nice after dinner chocolate liquor— you could partner with an Oregon winery. I have had something similar in a tall, slim wine bottle years ago. It was lovely and a bit thick which also made it nice over a good peppermint ice cream. Try it. Seriously.
