Shipping

We want to make sure that your Moonstruck goodies look as fantastic when you get them as they did when we sent them. We take the utmost care to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

RATES

Our standard flat shipping rate is $14 for Ground and $40 for Next Day Air. NOTE: Hot Weather states will no longer offer fixed rates but will show fedex rates for 2nd day and overnight options only. This is to ensure the quality of our products are preserved.

Rates apply for shipping to a single location only.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO and FPO locations.

SCHEDULE

We ship our premium chocolate via FedEx or UPS. We work to ship our orders out within one-two business days, unless otherwise requested. Please note the delivery date may be subject to external factors, including inclement weather. Orders generally arrive two days after the shipment date. Note that we do not ship on Fridays to ensure your chocolate does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend and arrives to you in its best state.

2023 HOLIDAYS

We want to get you your gourmet chocolate on time! To ensure timely arrival, we recommend ordering by these dates and times, depending on your shipping option.

Please note: cut off time for Next Day Air Shipping is 10:00 AM PST.

Moonstruck Chocolate Company does not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), and Christmas Day. When Christmas Day is on the weekend, we may not ship the following day or Christmas Eve.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

We take extra precautions during warm weather conditions to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. To reduce the risk of melting, we'll use appropriate packing materials to keep your chocolates cool. When the temperature in the origin or destination exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit, orders will be held for more acceptable shipping weather.

On occasion, temperatures reach heights that require us to ship overnight or not allow us to ship to select states.

Saturday Delivery not available in all areas.

SHIPPING ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS

Shipping products containing alcohol are restricted to select states and to those over 21 years of age. FedEx will require proof of age and an adult signature for delivery.
